Mr. Evbuomwan is a chartered architect certified and registered with the Architects’ Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) since 1998. He has been a Council Member of ARCON representing Edo State on the Council since 2014.
Furthermore, he is a fellow of the Association of Nigerian Chartered Architects (ANCA), member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA). Finally, he is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS).
Frank as he is popularly known, is a veteran of the Construction, Education and Insurance industries in Nigeria and a two time civil commissioner in Edo State, first in charge of the Works Ministry, and then later Ministry of Housing & Urban Development respectively; before his recent deployment to set up the Edo State Geographic Information Service.

Mr. Klaus, is an Executive Consultant for Mapping and GIS Services in Nigeria. He has a degree in Land Survey and Photogrammetry as an early adopter of "GIS". He has 25 years of experience as project engineer, consultant and project manager in the analysis, design and implementation of a wide range of major GIS & mapping projects for international Industries and Governments.
Mr Klaus has project managed "Abuja Geographic Information Systems" AGIS and Nasarawa Geographic Information Servives NAGIS. He has provided analysis and specifications for 18 states and Federal Agencies on their GIS & LIS needs.

Mr Calder, is an American-educated land administrator, geospatialist, land surveyor, and GIS specialist. He is a licensed land surveyor in four states in the USA, and has managed survey departments in two civil engineering companies . He has worked as a LiDAR mapping specialist in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Mr Calder has over five years’ experience in West Africa as a geospatialist and land administration consultant. He has worked as an embedded consultant on a systematic land title registration program for the UK’s DFID-funded Growth and Employment in States program. In this role, he provided managerial and technical oversight in several states in Nigeria, assisting with program policy and manuals.
